About me.
You may not believe this but growing up, I stated that I did NOT want to be a teacher but that is the career path I took!. I liked seeing how other people thought about things and how I could creatively explain things in a way they could connect to and understand. I am attracted to LEARNstyle’s “individual-student first” approach that allows for the needs, strengths and personality of unique students to be nourished. I now know that working in education, and my own lifelong learning, is my vocation. They are part of my inner sparkle, easy smile, and light step with which I live my life.
Speaking of sparkle, I also LOVE to travel. Exploring a new landscape, meeting new people, immersing in a lively culture, sampling the sounds, sights, tastes and delights of a new world – it is so exciting for me.
Finally, I have to mention my family and how much I adore the connection we have, the support they provide me, and the fun we have together as we share a passion learning and discovery our world together.
