About me.
I have always been interested in working with people and started my work in education about 5 years ago when I started teaching English as a Second Language online. I liked meeting people from all over the world while working remotely and travelling. I felt that my role was important and watching my students achieve their language learning goals was so rewarding. After I returned to Canada, I had an amazing opportunity to work for LEARNstyle as one of their Reading Intervention Coaches. I LOVED this position, it was so fun to meet my students and help them to work towards their learning goals while creating meaningful relationships with them. I am passionate about working with LEARNstyle because it is such an amazing company with a student-centered approach in their work. I am looking forward to working as a SEA Technology Coach in the years ahead.
My Hero
My hero is my grandmother. She immigrated to Canada from Guyana, South America when she was 21 to start her new life in Canada but faced many challenges. She perservered and provided a beautiful life for her family.

This is me and my cousing. I spent a lot of time with them when we were growing up and they were some of my best friends.

Growing Up
I was really interested in being creative. I loved to dance, paint and draw, My parents really encouraged me to continue to folow my passions. I started dancing when I was 4 and continued until I was 16 years old. It allowed me to express myself and be creative.

My favourite pastime is travelling. I have visited 19 different countries and I have lived in Ireland, Barbados and The United Kingdom. I love to see different cultures, try new food and visit new sites. I have made amazing friends through my travels and in the future I am interested in visiting Asia, The Middle East and Iceland? I am visiting Jersey, Channel Islands in the UK it this picture.
