About me.
I got my post secondary education, hoping to do harm reduction with at-risk youth. Then, I started working in the world of special needs and completely fell in love with it. Working with children is my passion and I completely stumbled upon it by accident, but I feel so grateful to be where I am today!
My Hero
My mom is definitely my hero. She raised me by herself while working 2 jobs and never complained or gave up!
My Passion
My passion is helping others and being a safe space for those who need it. My biggest passion is helping children find equity in schooling by getting their unique needs met. What really gets me up in the morning (literally) is my pup!
Dress Up
Dressed up as Tinky Winky from the Teletubbies! Very possibly not Halloween and just a regular day, my mom says I would have lived in this outfit if she let me.

I have been obsessed with whales since I was a kid!
Best Halloween Costume
Every year my partner and I do multiple costumes because we love Halloween! Our best was probably Frankenstein and The Bride.
Favourite Subject in School
English! I love reading and writing, give me an essay over a math problem any day.
Graduation
I graduated during COVID so it became a little joke in my family that I got my degree from my bed!
Travelling
This is from my trip to Iceland – having lots of fun in the snow and freezing cold!
