About me.
In High school, I learned quickly that I was a visual learner. While my peers could hear and understand a lesson plan once or read and retain text, I would struggle.
Rather than focusing on what I could do, I was stuck on asking the questions: Why me? Why am I different? I should’ve been looking at celebrating and mastering my learning style.
We all have different styles in regards to learning and we all have unique strengths. I want to assist teachers in creating an environment where all students can independently learn and discover their own unique skills and strengths. I want to help students discover their own hidden talents.
My Hero
Steven Spielberg a film-making genius has overcome a lot in his long successful life. One of the many challenges he faced growing up was the fact that he has dyslexia. Many might see this as a limitation but he focused on finding innovative ways to achieve his dreams. He didn’t stress on what he couldn’t do, he focused on what he could do and finding alternative ways to get the job done.
My Passion
To make a positive difference in the world. We all have the power to make a positive impact on people’s lives. Whether it’s sharing a smile, lending an ear, or just being encouraging we can really influence the trajectory of someone’s life by just being supportive and positive.

Family Gatherings
Turning 4 years old!! I was so happy waking up next to all my gifts, particularly my Lion King stuffie. Fun Fact I still have Lion King to this day.

Favourite Movie
I am a huge Harry Potter and Marvel fan. I know I’m supposed to state 1 movie but I can’t lol My answer is Avengers & Harry Potter. I could watch End Game or the Half-Blood Prince on repeat
Best Halloween Costume
Being Mickey Mouse was so much fun! I think I can do a great impression of his voice, my friends may not agree.
Favourite Food
If I could only eat 1 thing for the rest of my life it would be Chicken Parmesan.
Growing Up
I was born in the US and at a young age I had lived in 5 different countries. This explains why I’m so comfortable with and actually enjoy change now in my young adulthood. I always enjoyed making friends and trying new activities. I enjoy ice skating, hockey, karate, soccer, basketball, and art. From a young age, I have been a hands-on type of guy. I always enjoyed building random things in my basement, designing, painting and constructing.

Graduation
Graduating University with Honors! Sharing this special moment with my family was a big achievement of mine. University was very stressful at times, late nights, early mornings, long essays and tedious exams. What seemed impossible at the beginning turned into something that I could overcome with hard work, dedication, and support from family, friends, and teachers.

Hobbies
Channeling our inner Teletubbies. This picture may not look like it but this was our Friday night study session for our Psychology class. Every Friday my friends and I would dress up and study by quizzing each other based on our lectures.

3-pointer Win
Shooting a 3-pointer to clinch a victory!. I was so nervous in our first game but when I shot that very important shot, it was like my basketball instincts took over and I wasn’t nervous anymore.
More about me.
I find basketball to be my safe haven, a space where I can go to escape my problems. I continue to stay involved by playing, coaching with a non-profit basketball organization that I started in 2019.
